These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MumenLabs and everything we offer at mumenlabs.com — our websites, tools, and services (together, the "Service"). MumenLabs ("MumenLabs", "we", "us", or "our") is operated from the United Arab Emirates.

By creating an account, buying credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What MumenLabs is

MumenLabs is a platform that hosts a growing collection of small, focused online tools and services — for example, dynamic QR codes, link-in-bio pages, and digital invitation pages for weddings and birthdays. You use these tools by spending prepaid credits from a single account wallet. Some tools are free; others cost credits to run. We add, change, and retire tools over time.

2. Your account

You need an account to use most of the Service. When you create one, you agree to:

  • Provide a valid email address and keep your account information accurate.
  • Choose a password, keep it confidential, and take responsibility for everything that happens under your account.
  • Be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The Service is not intended for children.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, email us right away at support@mumenlabs.com. You may have only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Create, upload, host, or link to content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that promotes violence or exploits minors.
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive or harm others, or use a link, QR code, or hosted page to disguise any of the above.
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service; access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to reach; or bypass rate limits, credit charges, quotas, or any technical restriction.
  • Overload, disrupt, scrape, or abuse the Service or the infrastructure behind it, or use bots or automated means except through interfaces we provide for that purpose.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission, or misrepresent your relationship with MumenLabs.

You are solely responsible for the content and links you create, publish, or share through the Service. We are a neutral host and do not monitor or endorse user content, but we may review, refuse, remove, or disable any content or account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, harms others, or exposes us to legal risk — with or without notice.

4. Credits

The Service runs on prepaid credits. You buy credits in advance and spend them when you run a paid tool. The following apply to credits:

  • Credits are a prepaid balance for using the Service. They have no cash value, are not a deposit, a bank balance, a stored-value instrument, or legal tender, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. They can only be redeemed for tools and services on the platform.
  • The credit cost of each tool, the price of credit packages, and any bonus amounts may change at any time. Changes apply to future purchases and usage and do not affect credits you have already spent.
  • Prepaid credits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we choose, at our sole discretion, to grant one. Credits are consumed as soon as a paid tool runs; a completed action is not refundable simply because you changed your mind or made a mistake in your input.
  • If we terminate or suspend your account for a breach of these Terms, for fraud, or for abuse, any remaining credits may be forfeited without refund.
  • If your account is inactive for an extended period, or if you delete your account, remaining credits may be forfeited. Credits are not redeemable for cash on account closure.

If you believe you were charged credits because of a genuine platform error, email support@mumenlabs.com and we will review it in good faith.

5. Payments

We sell credits through PayPal. When you buy credits, you also agree to PayPal's terms, and PayPal handles your payment details — we do not receive or store your full card or bank information. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase unless we state otherwise.

Prices are shown before you pay. If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, or fails after credits have been granted, we may reverse the corresponding credits, deduct the shortfall from your wallet, suspend or close your account, and recover amounts owed. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first is a breach of these Terms.

6. Content you create and publish

Many of our tools let you create things that are then hosted or published by us on your behalf — for example, a wedding or birthday invitation page, a link-in-bio page, an uploaded file served behind a QR code, or the destination a QR code points to (together, "Your Content").

You keep ownership of Your Content. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display, and transmit Your Content — but only as needed to operate the Service and deliver the features you use (for example, serving your invitation page to the guests you share it with). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in routine backups for a limited period or where we must keep them to comply with law.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all rights needed to publish it and to grant us the license above, and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone's rights. Anything you publish behind a public link or QR code is, by design, accessible to anyone who has the link — do not put private or sensitive information in a page you intend to keep confidential. You are responsible for keeping your own copies and backups of Your Content; we are not a backup service.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — our software, design, branding, logos, and content we create — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to our name, logos, or brand except to use the Service as intended.

8. Third-party links and destinations

The Service lets you and others create links and QR codes that point to third-party websites and content we do not control. We are not responsible for those destinations, and following a link created through the Service is at your own risk.

9. Availability, warranties, and "as is"

We work to keep the Service running well, but we provide it, including every tool and any content or files we host on your behalf, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any content or file will be preserved, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, in the aggregate, will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; where that is the case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MumenLabs and its owner and operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or close your account — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including those on credits, payments, content licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, give additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
